What information we collect
When you send a quote enquiry, we collect:
- your name;
- email address and phone number;
- project postcode, if supplied;
- the type of product you are interested in;
- the project details you choose to include.
When you configure a door or begin checkout, we also process the chosen product options, measurements, quantity, collection or delivery choice, contact details and delivery address or notes where required. These details are held in a short-lived server-side session so you can review the order. We do not ask you to enter card details directly into this website.
The site uses a short-lived, strictly necessary session cookie for basket continuity, security, form validation and spam prevention. Our hosting provider may process standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested page and request time in server logs for security and reliability.
Please do not include payment card information, passwords or other unnecessary sensitive information in enquiry or delivery notes.
